this noon, i calculated my bmi aka babi meat inside,
it's approximately, apparently, a 22.++ kg/m2.
and i do realized i can hardly breath after i gain..
this leads me to breath loudly and thus dusts accumulate inside my nostrils easily.
I have to dig it everyday, to prevent it to be spaceless.
or else, i will be suffocated.
